While replaying the game multiple times is necessary, it does not mean the game gets repetitive. The main campaigns are somewhat different, and you dont have to complete them all if you try and combine some of the achievements that take a full playthrough. Step 1: LeonClaires Campaign A Your first step is to play and complete Leon or Claires Campaign A. Doing either of these campaigns will unlock the Campaign B of the other character. So for example, completing Leons Campaign A will unlock Claires Campaign B, or vice-versa. You can try to combine some of the game-long achievements with this if you are versed in this kind of game, such as Frugalist, Minimalist or A Small Carbon Footprint which are for completing the game without using a healing item, without opening the item box, and by taking fewer than 14,000 steps, respectively. These however will all take at least some knowledge of the game, where to go, and what to do to solve various puzzles, so it is best left to do these on subsequent playthroughs of the game. You will unlock many of the miscellaneous achievements in either campaign, but to be sure you are aware of them, here is a list of what you are able to unlock on either Campaign A. Along with those achievements, you can expect to unlock a few story-related achievements. Some of them will unlock on either campaign and others are specific to each characters campaigns. For Adas segment during Leons campaign, the achievement is One Slick Super-spy - Use only the EMF Visualizer to complete Adas gameplay segment. For Sherrys segment during Claires campaign the achievement is Young Escapee - Escape the bedroom within 60 seconds during Sherrys segment. Both are highly missable and will require you to play the entire game up to the point that you can try them again should you miss either. Be sure to check their descriptions before starting either campaign so that you know what to do when you get to the point where each is unlocked. Finally, there are 3 missable achievements relating to the various bosses throughout the game. One of them can be unlocked on either campaign, however the other 2 are specific to each character. Step 2: LeonClaires Campaign B After completing either Leon or Claires Campaign A, you will now need to complete the other characters Campaign B to unlock Broken Umbrella which is to witness the true ending. During this playthrough you should aim to unlock the missable achievements that you either missed or were not possible in the Campaign A that you chose to do for Step 1, above.
